Scheduled for June 20th

Hi! I havent posted for a long, long time, but have finally received a date and am SOOOO excited. Akron General, Dr. Chlysta, Lap RNY, June 20th. (yes, 19 days!!) It took awhile for all my testing and to set up all the pre-surg dietician appointments, but it was definitely worth it. I think I am going into this with my eyes as open as they can be.  I'll be going to this months support mtg before my surgery, so any of you Akron General ppl plz say "hi".  Thanks for those that PM'd me a lot of good info. I'll keep you updated. Joan

Congratulations!!!!  I am having surgery the same day but at the Clevelnad Clinic. I am nervous and excited, can't wait to finally be on the losers bench. 

Hi Joan, I am so glad you decided to go with Dr C.  He is the best....   I am planning on going to the support group this month be sure to find me and say HI.....I go for my 6 month visit with Dr C this week...  I am  105 lbs so far..... Wooo hooo.....   ((Hugs))  Molly

Congrats,  I am having my surgery the same day, June 20th at St. Vincent's Hospital in Cleveland, OH.  I went to Pre-Admission Thursday, May 31th.  It was very informative.  Keep in touch.  Good Luck. Loisjean
